I’ve had two pretty frustrating experiences where the first time I wasn’t properly informed of the time frame required to get a urine sample for my cat (general public don’t really have this as common knowledge) which wasted my time and then being told I could find products at pet barn only to go there and be told they’ve never stocked the product. Vet was really friendly and helpful with my cat but felt I could have been better informed to help me save time and make the process easier.
